DR. NICHOLAS (NIC) RORRER (he/him) is a Life Member of Kappa Kappa Psi from the Eta Beta chapter at Virginia Tech. Originally, Nic was initiated into the Eta Beta chapter at Virginia Tech on November 29, 2007. While at Virginia Tech, Nic was a member of the Baritone Section of the Marching Virginians and served as the Band’s Operations Officer from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, while Nic was an Active Member of the HB Chapter, he served as Chapter Secretary (2008), Chapter Vice President, (2009), and Chapter President (2010). He also served as the Northeast District Secretary-Treasurer from 2010-2011.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering, Nic went on to the Colorado School of Mines to pursue his PhD in Chemical Engineering with a specialty in polymer science. While there, Nic started to work with the Xi Chapter of the Fraternity and eventually becoming their Chapter Sponsor in 2013, and has served as their Chapter Sponsor since then. Additionally, during his PhD, Nic became involved with the Midwest District Alumni Association, serving on their council for three years with two years as their President.

Immediately after graduating from the Colorado School of Mines, professionally Nic started as a postdoctoral researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory researching recycling and the synthesis of plastics from biomass. Nic has continued his employment at NREL ever since, eventually becoming a Senior Researcher (2020) at the lab. Fraternally, Nic began serving on the Fraternity’s Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2015 to 2021 and served as its Chair from 2019 to 2021. During Nic’s tenure as Chair of the AABOD, he, alongside the other directors, launched multiple programs and drafted the language for the 2021 National Constitution revision that officially recognizes the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association.

Currently, Nic serves as a member of the Sponsor and Director of Bands task force, as a Midwest District Governor, and as a speaker for the Founders Circle program. In his free time, he can often be found wondering the Rocky Mountains either teaching yoga, snowboarding, or hanging out with his partner and dog. Mrs. Jessica Lynn Lee

Jessica McAlarney Lee was initiated into the Eta Alpha Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania on November 22, 2003. As an active Brother from 2004 - 2008, she served her chapter as Social Director, Vice President of Service, Central Precinct Chair, and Chapter President, where her chapter won the 2007 John P. Ross Governor’s Cup for Most Improved Chapter in the Northeast District. She also served the Northeast District as District President from 2007-2008. While at Lock Haven, Jessica performed as a percussionist with the LHU Marching Band, Symphonic Band, and Percussion Ensemble. In May of 2008, Jessica graduated cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Special and Elementary Education.

Following graduation in 2008, Jessica has continued to work with Kappa Kappa Psi on the district and national levels. Jessica served as the Colony advisor to the Nu Delta chapter at McMurry University. She has also presented workshops over leadership, fraternal values, and membership education at district and national conventions for the last 13 years, including facilitating sessions at National Leadership Conference. Jessica has served for 6 years on the National Curriculum Development Committee, as one of the authors of The Road to Wisdom and 4 years on the Ritual Education and Performance Committee, helping to write The Inner Circle Ritual Education program. Jessica has served for 4 years on the National Council, as 2017-2019 National Vice President for Student Affairs, and currently as 2019-2021 National Vice President for Colonization & Membership. Jessica also serves as one of the Keynote Speakers of the fraternity’s Leadership Development Program, The Founders’ Circle. A life member of the Eta Alpha chapter, Jessica is also an honorary member of the Southwest District, National Chapter and the Gamma Nu chapter of Tau Beta Sigma, as well as an honorary member of the Southwest, Northeast, North Central, Southeast, and Midwest Districts and the National Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi.

Jessica graduated in August of 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. Since then, she has consistently held leadership positions in her professional life. Currently, Jessica is the Director of Secondary Curriculum & Instruction in Bullard Independent School District. In this role, she oversees curriculum and instruction, Texas state assessment and accountability, teacher professional development and evaluation, and special programs for students in a 4A school district in East Texas. Previous to this position, Jessica has been a principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, and a special education teacher.

Jessica currently resides in Bullard, TX with her husband, Jack, ten year old son, Jackson, seven year old daughter, Emmy, and their dogs, Holly and Muffy. In her spare time, she loves reading, photography, fishing, coloring, swimming, and re-watching episodes of The West Wing, The Office, or Battlestar Galactica.

Jake is a 2021 graduate of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. He graduated with a B.S. in Aerospace Administration and Operations with a dual concentrations in Aerospace Security and Airline Management. Jake was a member of the Cowboy Marching Band, Spirit Band, and Concert bands as a tenor saxophone player. He was initiated into the Alpha chapter in the spring of 2018. As an active member, Jake held the positions of Vice President for Programs, and President. Jake also served as the Administrative Assistant for the National Headquarters of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma during college. Since May 2021, he has served as a Chapter Field Representative for Kappa Kappa Psi.

Brittany Biberston

Brittany (Bozzarello) Biberston (she/her) is a Life member of the Kappa Beta Chapter at Clemson University. She was initiated in Spring 2012. As an active brother, she has served as the chapter Corresponding Secretary, Vice President of Membership Education, and Ritual Chair. Brittany graduated with Bachelors of Science in Animal and Veterinary Science , with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary Medicine as well as a Minor in Wildlife Biology.


As an alumnae, she has served on the Southeast District Alumni Association Board from 2018-2022 as their Programs Chair. During this time she created multiple scholarships for active and alumni brothers in the Southeast. She also organized the workshops and alumni programming for the Southeast District Conventions from 2018-2022. She most recently served as the chair of the Programs Committee for the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association from 2021 to summer of 2023. During this time she worked with the committee of 15 dedicated brothers to create, manage, and implement the Alumni Association's Programming throughout the bienniums and at both District and National Conventions. Brittany is the 2021 Zachary T. Stoddard Young Alumni Award recipient. Professionally, Brittany works as a Veterinary Nurse with small companion animals. In her spare time, she loves traveling, dancing, and Christmas. She has nine christmas trees each with a different theme! She also loves anything related to cattle, elephants or Kate Spade. Brittany currently lives in Colorado with her husband Ryan and their Staffordshire Terrier, Lila.
