To keep all of our members as safe as we possibly can, the National Leadership Teams for Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma will be implementing specific health and safety protocols for each District Convention. We will be sharing more information as we get closer to the start of each convention.
Included in this registration form, is a designated section where you can let us know about your vaccination status and also upload a record of your vaccination if you would like to share this information with us.
Upon arrival for check in at each District Convention, all attendees will be responsible for signing a District Convention Liability Release and Waiver Form in order to receive their convention credentials.
