As many chapters are recovering from the effects of COVID-19, it is crucially important for us to look ahead towards our next membership classes and create a values-based recruitment plan that engages our whole chapter. We will discuss best practices for effective recruitment and retention so that we can proactively prepare our chapters for strong membership classes next year.
