In this session, we aim to discuss ritual preparations in order to help chapters feel more comfortable with in-person rituals in the future. We will talk about broad ideas that can help unite Brothers in their understanding of the ritual, as well as detailed specifics that can help chapters perform an effective ritual and debrief.
